Return Window

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days with your order number and clear photos and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Return Instructions

Non-Delivery
All orders include a tracking number, which we provide once your item ships. If tracking shows the package was lost in transit (never delivered), we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement. In those cases, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

Refunds (in rare cases)

If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Color differences due to screen settings

Address errors entered at checkout

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet entered production. If production has already started, we’re unable to cancel, and the standard return policy applies.
